Psi Shrinkers & Real Life Resources
The Psi Shrinkers group was formed on RLetc.com to discuss psychology, the art and/or science of mind and behavior. Discussions involving such related fields as anthropology, sociology, criminology and education were also welcome. Human beings. Activities, interactions and intentions. Why do people do what they do and think what they think? In the physical, spiritual and virtual realms. That was a general description of the group. The group was closed down, deleted...and sorely missed. This blog is a way of bringing some of that group back.
Since the Psi Shrinkers group was housed on a virtual world forum and most of the posters were denizens of virtual worlds, many of the discussions tended to center around or allude to observations in virtual worlds. Some of the discussions did focus on real-life issues and the group members expressed concern for anyone who might have serious real-life problems without real-life resources.
A real-life resource section was created...and like the Psi Shrinkers group, ultimately lost. Some of that real-life resource information was recreated on gotVirtual.net here:
